Baoding Henglian Mechanical Co.,Ltd.has a subsidiary known as Dingxing Longdige Stainless Steel Casting Factory,which situated in Gucheng Town provided with convenient transportation and telecommunication,which is the highway junction of Beijing,Tianjin and Baoding.The factory covers total area of 18,000m2 and has 196 of employees,among which there're 4 senior engineers,38 other technical staff,all of whom are contributing to the technical exploitation and spot instruction.There're 3 production lines:one is the precision casting of the stainless steel and heat-resisting steel with silicon-gel shell made of mid-temperature wax materials;the other is the machining line.The factory can carry out the whole casting procedure in sequence from mold-designing,molding,investment casting,heat-processing,surface treating,and machining,with annual productive capacity of different products respectively as 500 tons of stainless steel and heat-resisting steel precision casting;700 tons of alloy steel and carbon steel precision casting;50 tons of non-ferrous metal precision casting.The factory are well equipped with advanced and complete facilities,for example,the precision casting line imported from Taiwan and analyze device introduced from Germany,all of which boost the development of the co***ny.
